Audit Trainee
Position Overview
You will be assigned to specific audits, and you will ensure that they are performed effectively and efficiently adhering to the current agreed procedures and software tools.
- Manage daily task list
- Ensure information is processed in a timely manner using specialist on-line tools
- Ensure all clients receive a consistent high level of service
- Ensure audit work is produced to a consistent high standard for review by your manager
- Maintain compliant records
- Reconcile and record information
- Ensure systems are updated
Communication:
- Deal with client phone calls adhering to company guidelines
- Deal with client correspondence following company guidelines
- Ensure client is contacted according to the guidelines for their category
New Clients:
- Support the integration of new clients
Technology:
- Utilise the software tools available to provide an outstanding service to clients
- Ensure your personal software certificates are achieved within agreed timescales and are kept up to date
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar role
- Studying ACA or ACCA
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Hold a valid Driving Licence
